It's a mixed experience.
Concise: skilled ppl, average ambience, one employee can ruin it all, another employee can fix it considerably.
Only best are remembered: Laxmi.
Amazing Massage skill, neat at her work, genuinely liked her services.
Worst experience: I got waxing and ubtan done, I wasn't told the bathing area is not near, she gave me a gown, and paraded me from one end of vlcc to another it was very embarrassing experience for me, even men were sitting in the waiting area let it be their own employees, my privacy felt compromised and that is where the good gets overshadowed. Moreover the bathing area was GROSS smelled really bad. Could've given me a wet towel to avoid this pathetic experience. But that's not it, my waxing wasn't proper (happens as long as you can correct it), so today I went for another sitting and I informed her that I need waxing for remnants she agreed, till the end I didn't see her approaching, at the end it was Laxmi who put her efforts to ensure I left satisfied.
Allover staff is skilled, I had a bad experience with one others were ok.
Apart from skill this space needs an upgrade regarding the hygiene of towels, gowns, and sheets. All gowns have an oily smell, disposable gowns are really see through. Sheets are oil stained though covered with a disposable sheet, Towels have a damp smell, for face i'd recommend disposable sponges instead of a washed mini towel. Shift the ubtan room near bathing area. Clean the bathing area please, fix bathing room ceiling.
